How do I make decisions relating to the Serenity farmlands?
Every owner will have a one share in Serenity Cove Farm Limited with a board elected annually
by the shareholders and a farm manager and advisor employed to run the farming operation.
What will be on the land?
The farmlands will be stocked with approximately 500 breeding ewes and 300 beef cattle.
Four hectares of Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris grapes will be planted in the Serenity Vineyard. A
common stables, clubhouse, tennis courts, walking tracks and boat launching ramp are
